ROB’S WALK AROUND PARLIAMENT TO RAISE AWARENESS AND FUNDS

I Walked 100km Around Parliament in 24 Hours to Demand Action for British Wildlife Thanks for your incredible support! :) ROB POWNALL SEP 2 READ IN APP So I’m currently sat on the train home as I write this, needless to say I’m mentally and physically drained. After 24 hours and 101.5km of pavement walked I have finally completed my challenge of continuously walking laps of Parliament. ( I must say the highlight of the overnight walk was spotting several foxes! I filmed this video at around 1am in Whitehall this morning )🦊 I’ve not the energy to type much more but I feel overwhelmed by the support you’ve all shown so wanted to send this out asap and say a massive thank you. To every supporter of Protect the Wild who stands with us in the fight for British wildlife. To every person who donated. To every person who has left a lovely supportive comment. I feel honoured to be a part of such a wonderful community of like minded people. It’s quite incredible that £5,000 has been added to the fundraiser since my email yesterday morning when I embarked on this frankly ridiculous challenge. The fundraiser is sitting on £26,641 at the time of writing this email which is just incredible. These are vital funds for an organisation of our size and will be used towards our vital work. On behalf of Protect the Wild, I couldn’t be more grateful. I hope today showed this Labour Government we are not going anywhere. We will never stop fighting and we will never stop standing up for what’s right. Myself and my brilliant colleagues at Protect the Wild will forever do all that we can to end the suffering of animals here in the UK. Thank you Rob Ps. If you’d like to donate to the fundraiser you can do so below :) Donate
