A bright Sunday morning at only eight degrees and heading for La Zenia, Orihuela Costa and I was rewarded by a Curlew - Zarapito feeding off the rocks. It flew off calling with a morsel, clearly showing the feet beyond the tail. There is never that much to see but that bird and the Whimbrel - Zarapito - Trinador before, were both good. It is a regular site for Audouin’s Gulls and two were around and a Slender Billed was on the water. Three Cormorants - Cormorán Grande on the rocks and one Little Egret -Garceta Comun was all there was.
