The photograph of this Marsh Harrier was taken in the Guadalentin Valley on Thursday 6th April. This extra note is about the two longer tail feathers. If you look closely you can see that the outer tail feathers are really worn giving the impression that the two central tail feathers are longer. Also note that the bird is in moult including the head.
